At the same time, through the "Gongfu Workshop" model, handmade products from farmers account for over 50%, and collaborate with e-commerce talent cultivation to promote "supermarket live streaming" direct sales nationwide and activate the internal circular economy.


Innovative Experience of Cultural Tourism Integration


Ziyang Street Dongcheng Lantern Direct Sales Store has become a benchmark for the integration of industry and cultural tourism. The store is themed around "Song Yun+Colorful Lanterns" and uses LED point control technology to dynamically switch lighting, echoing historical sites such as the Dawenfeng Tower, attracting night time tourists to stop and visit. During the Qixi Festival, the store will add a theme light punch point, and plan to cooperate with the Hanfu store to launch the "Lantern Night Tour" project to further extend the consumption chain. In addition, traditional elements such as Mao Tu Lantern Parade and Ban Long Performance are combined with modern lantern technology in coastal intangible cultural heritage activities such as the "Fourteen Nights Lantern Festival", providing visitors with an immersive cultural experience.


Alliance operation extends the industrial chain


Linhai Lantern Enterprise extends from single production to the entire chain of design, construction, and operation and maintenance through alliance operation. For example, Boshuoshi (Zhejiang) Landscape Lighting Co., Ltd. has partnered with 12 companies to undertake national lighting projects, resulting in a significant increase in profit margins. The Zhejiang (Linhai) Lighting Intellectual Property Alliance shares 317 patents through a patent pool, solving the problem of homogeneous competition and helping small and medium-sized enterprises use innovative resources at zero cost.


Future Prospects


The Linhai lantern industry is driven by both "smart manufacturing" and "cultural tourism", achieving a transformation from traditional manufacturing to smart lighting solutions. With the continuous heating up of the domestic cultural and tourism market, the direct operated store model of Dongcheng Lantern is expected to be replicated and promoted, building a "one store with hundreds of shops" regional network, and further consolidating its leading position in the global lantern industry.
